Canadian prime minister explains debts and deficits to UK politicians..:-)



For his remarks about debt and deficits, see the paragraph starting “So, friends, knowing these things…”.
He is nearer the Rogoff / Reinhart / IMF view of things than the Modern Monetary Theory view, I’d say.
